Ernest has worked in various capacities for major oil prospecting operators over the years some of which are (SHELL) Senior Contracts and Procurement Analyst, (Petro-canada) Senior Supply Chain Advisor and AgipKCO – Senior Contract Engineer. Ernest’s skills include Negotiation, process analysis and improvement management, contracting for projects, supply market analysis, product lunch strategy and advertising concept design.

Peace holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She is an avid marketer, customer services and public relations professional. Her marketing experience spanned over 6 years where she displayed tenacity and tact in dealing with demanding customers in a pressured and competitive sector – Telecommunications. Peace has competence in the area of Customer relationship management, marketing intelligence, product positioning, leadership, motivation and employee development.
